Job Description
Hospitalist Physician - Nights - $1930 or $2050 per Shift
Athens, Ohio
We are seeking a full-time MD/DO for night Physician may be contracted as W2 with benefits or 1099 independent contractor with guaranteed
Position Details
- Respond to codes
- Rounds to start shift
- Daily census: 20-25 daily per team
- 10 - 15 daily encounters
- Avg 5 nightly admissions
- Admitting APP until midnight 4 days per week
- 21 total beds with 8 ICU beds (OPEN ICU)
- EMR EPIC
- Annual Volume 30K
- Specialty Coverages - Cardiologist, Neurologist, OB & Pulmonology
- 31 Med Surg beds/private ;Can double up if needed
- Program offers outstanding specialty support along with a "Team" like approach with the ER
- Practice enjoys the benefits of designated rounding and admitting function providers, along with PA and NP support
Compensation
- 1099: $2050/shift ($373,100/yr)
- W2: $1930/shift ($351,260/yr)

- $2,500 CME
Schedule
- 7pm-7am, (7on/ 7off by default, but providers may work any shift schedule that is agreed upon)
- 7am - 7pm (2 Physicians) and 7pm - 7am (1 Physician)
Requirements
- Procedural logs from within the past 12 months ( - Dec 21 Present) reflecting Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents - Required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine - Required
- Active Ohio License - Required
- Procedures - Required
- Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - Required
