We are recruiting a full time Special Education Teachers that have a desire to work with school aged students whose grades can range from 6th to 8th The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for effectively collaborating with the student s academic support team to compose Individualized Education Plans for each student on the The Special Education teacher will also be responsible for monitoring student goals and preparing quarterly progress

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating lessons in a manner that will be effective despite a students
  
• Providing support for students both academically and personally where
  
• Respecting students and treating them with dignity in the learning
  
• Preparing lessons in advance with the needs of learners in
  
• Designing activities to achieve the learning goals of the students
  

Requirements

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in education, or higher
  
• Professional Educators License with Special Education LSB1 endorsement
  
• Previous experience working with students with special
  
• Knowledge of teaching practices for students with special
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
