MinimumQualifications

• Shall havedegreeinengineering,architectureorconstruction managementor10yearsofdirect experience
  
• Must have Federal Contracting Experience and Minimum5years experienceintheconstruction industry
  
• Demonstratedexperienceestimatingandonsite staff, including construction supers, safety and QC personnel ;
  
• TheabilitytoeffectivelycommunicatebothintheEnglishwrittenandspokenword;
  
• Aworkingknowledgeofarchitectural,mechanical and electricalwork;
  
• High level of proficiency with spreadsheets, Emails, and other software used in the construction industry
  
• Aminimumof3yearsofexperienceingovernment
  
• CurrentsafetycredentialstoincludeOSHA30,1stAidandCPR;
  
• CurrentCQCcertificationissuedbyUSACEaplus
  

• Managetheconstructionworkflowprocessstartingintheprojectorigination phase,toincludeestimating,negotiation,contracting,,construction administration, financialmanagementandcloseout;
  
• MeetwithOwnersandDesign Professionalstodetermineprojectrequirements,manageclientsatisfaction,andtakeimmediateactiontorespond to problemsandconcerns;
  
• Acquireandmanageallbuildingpermits andotherregulatoryprerequisites;
  
• Visitprojectworksites,clarifyscopeofwork,andpreparecostestimatesandproposals;
  
• Evaluateprojectsforconstructabilityandvalue-engineercostsavings;
  
• Establish,monitor,communicateandmaintain projectschedulesutilizing contemporaryschedulingsoftware;
  
• Developandimplementstrategiestoselfperformandtooutsourcethevariousaspectsof aprojectto
  achievetheprojectsobjectivesofprice,scheduleandquality;
  
• Negotiatecontracts,subcontractsandpurchaseorderstoassurethatallprojectgoalsarebeingaddressed;Proactivelyidentifyissuesthatcouldleadtoproblems
  andfacilitatesolutions;
  
• Conductanddocumentprojectprogressmeetings;
  
• Determineandimplementtheappropriatelevelofprojectcontrol(;submittallogs,changeorderlogs,);
  
• Manageprojectcoststoensurebudgetsare Documentandmanagechangesintheworktoensuretheinterestsofall stakeholdersin theprojectarereasonablymet;
  
• CreateandfollowuponmonthlyrequisitionstotheOwnerandmaintainaregular dialoguewiththeproject(s)vendorsto ensureallfinancialmattersarekept within contract terms;
  
• Ensure that all aspects of the project are compliant with all contract terms and legal requirements that govern the project and the community in which the project (s) takes
  
• Administerclient-specificprograms,suchasCQC,Safety,EnvironmentalStewardship,
  
• Providetimelyandcordialinteractionwithsupporting workgroups,suchasaccounting,HR,ICS,
  
• Documentsubstantial completion;managetheprojectcloseoutprocesstoensuretimelycompletion;
  
• Conductand/orparticipateinregularlyheldmeetingsinvolving BurgosGroup internalstaffandexternalstakeholders,suchasOwners,Subcontractors,
  
• Providetraining,mentoringandcoaching toassistanddevelopothermembersoftheprojectteam;
  
• Participateinindustrynetworking
