Job Details:

IT/Audio-Video Channel Partner Sales Manager (Software & IT Hardware)
Identify, recruit, enable, Train and manage channel partners to support business goals, through telephone calls, targeted email campaigns, and corporate marketing programs,Training and Product presentations and Demos to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint across the
Support partners in their growth by ensuring they have the appropriate training and enablement of PeopleLink & InstaVC company products
Act as PeopleLink ambassador in supporting partner events such as partner roadshows,tradeshows, conferences, meetups, partner summits, along with marketing events
Employ a Partner Ecosystem Strategy that includes (G)SIs, Regional SIs, Referral Partners, ISPs, Tech Alliances,Cloud Service Providers, Value Added Resellers (VARs), Large Account Resellers (LARs), MDRs, System Integrators .
Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in company s Zoho CRM system and provide accurate sales activity and
Schedule and conduct meetings with existing and new channel
Participate in sales and technology training, and Provide partners and customers with the highest standard of customer service, to ensure successful pre and post-sale experience for both the Partner and the
Effectively work with cross functional teams in the organization including but not limited to operations, marketing, programs, and customer success
Relevant software & IT industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management
Gain access to decision-makers of the organization CIO/CISO/CTO level, helping build up the additional business scope with
Conduct Daily 5-7 Meetings/Trainings with channel Partners to grow

Qualifications:

10+ years of proven track record of sales experience in channel
Working knowledge of the Audio-Video, Software SaaS or IT Sales
Strong communication skills are required in written, verbal, and visual
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of
Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of resolving contract and product
