Key responsibilities include:

Degree holder in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering

Operate and maintain fundamental technological infrastructure, undertake performance management and analysis to detect problems and hazards, and provide recommendations for improvement or optimization

Ready to work shifts and available for on-call during weekends and holidays

Participate in imitating incidents or difficulties in order to discover problem-solving solutions

Technically proficient on one or two operating systems such Windows, Linux, Unix, etc

Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving abilitities
