Supporting end customers via various communication channels including - emails, live chat, social media, and on
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure
Keep records of customer interactions as per agreed communication guidelines and defined
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial

Requirements
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exemplary people and communications skills
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven
Minimum 4 years to 5 years of experience working as a Customer Support or Sales Executive, approachable, and a team player with a learning and forward-thinking mindset
Creating delightful customer relationships which include consistent follow-through, setting proper expectations, and advocating for client issues within internal departments

Willing to work 6 days a week
Flexible on shift timings

Technical fluency
Experience in using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information
