Responsibilities
Equity Strategy
Lead the organization s equity strategy in collaboration with the STRIVE-wide leadership team and develop a cohesive set of initiatives that span regions and departments to advance equity goals
Disseminate internal data and analysis to leaders and teammates related to student achievement, college enrollment, graduation rates, student persistence, and family engagement to highlight bright spots and encourage successful practices throughout the organization, address gaps across lines of difference, and continuously improve systems and
Stay abreast of research/theory and best practices in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and anti-racism work, especially in K-12 education, professional learning, career pathways, and pipeline
Learning & Development

Experience required
Five + years in senior leadership, including managing multiple direct reports, leading a related people-centered function, and working with a senior leadership
Experience in K-12 public education required; school and/or CMO/District leadership strongly preferred
Experience leading equity strategy development at a systems
Deep expertise in multiple domains of the People and Equity work includes equity strategy and leadership, employee relations, employee services, talent/ recruiting, credential services, HR, and leadership
