Job Description

Salary circa 27 - 31k, 25 days holiday, 5% matched pension, a great opportunity to enhance your supply chain experience and be part of a business with significant growth

This is a dynamic role which will allow you to influence and experience end to end supply chains, helping manage, plan and improve service to key retail food manufacturers on a national Based in East Northamptonshire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer demands, plan inventory flow, analyse data and generate forecasting
  • Collaborate with KM Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service teams to understand business demands and
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs and process
  • Review schedules and delivery dates for all key supply
  • Evaluate and expedite supply chain internally and externally to meet the sales delivery
  • Ensure effective control and risk management of
  • Accurate record keeping and stock
  • Proactively identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions in a timely
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a demand planner or similar
  • Proficient in Advanced
  • Ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company s
  • Critical thinker, problem-solving and negotiation
  • Team
  • Good time-management, task prioritisation and attention to
  • CIPS diploma in Procurement and supply, or the ability to demonstrate experience

In addition to a good standard of education, computer literacy and a high level of numeracy, the successful candidate will possess excellent inter-personal and listening skills, and will demonstrate flexibility, integrity and a mature working To help deliver their sourcing strategy, you will need to be highly effective at multi-tasking, work well within a team and take personal ownership for the delivery of targets and objectives
