Job Description
- Group Strategy team functions as the central strategy development and M&A transactions management team for the Bank. The team works on addressing topics at the top of senior management and Board’s agenda including but not limited to developing strategic plans for the Bank and subsidiaries, conducts corporate acquisitions & disposals, provides CEO office support and lead special group-wide projects
- Bank strategy development: Support strategic business studies that are cross-Businesses, Functions and/or geographies in nature, derive actionable insights and make appropriate recommendations to the Bank's senior management. Support execution, coordination, tracking and evaluation according to the Bank's strategic planning framework.
- M&A Transactions: Lead or support execution of acquisitions and disposals (A&D) projects, support governance of the Bank's corporate investments and exploit synergies in accordance to the Bank's strategic priorities.
