For a project at our client s site (home office possible within Switzerland), a bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced System/Tech Engineer.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for operating automation solutions globally to support service delivery teams in executing their day-to-day business more efficiently.

Tasks

• Responsible for the first contact between the user and supporters
• Working with end users (robot operators) and robot code incl. analyzing logs and code to find the issues and solutions
• In case of incidents initiating correct support, process and overseeing automated operations processes
• Responsible for ensuring the availability of automated processes - help steer production and increase efficiency
• Working on the tickets and identifying, proposing, and developing solutions for incidents
• Communicating with various stakeholder levels across functional areas (Operations and IT)
• Bringing new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the support team

Requirements

• Several years experience in development, business analyse and support
• Programming knowledge and hands-on experience in automation such as VBA, SQL, Python, Automation Anywhere (MUST) and Alteryx (is a plus)
• Motivated and reliable personality with strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
• Passion to learn new skills towards automation solutions
• Curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
