Full Time / Entry Level - Research Data Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, entry-level basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the research efforts of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources, such as surveys, online platforms, and databases
• Clean and prepare data for analysis
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends and patterns
• Create reports and visualizations to present findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure data is accurate and complete
• Continuously monitor data quality and integrity
• Work with other analysts and research team members to develop and improve data collection and analysis processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis tools such as R, Python, SQL
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and concepts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Remote work experience
