What makes you special
As Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) - Professional Advisors & Family Offices, you want to lead our clients to success and thus have a direct share in our company's success. You have a feel for the needs of clients and know how to work in a solution-oriented manner.
These are your tasks
- You support the planning and execution of customer-oriented implementation projects
- You understand the individual challenges during implementation and in the support of existing customers
- You conduct training workshops on the successful use of wealthpilot
- You develop and expand strategic customer relationships
- You provide support for a specific customer group and develop strategic measures for targeted support
- You work closely with other departments, especially sales, marketing and product development.
- You understand our software and can pass this expertise on to others
What you have to offer
- You have first professional experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the financial sector and/or SaaS or FinTech environment
- You are customer and solution oriented and show empathy and linguistic fluency
- You are enthusiastic about agile collaboration with colleagues in a great team and different departments
- You speak fluent English and German at native level
- You have a personal interest in the topics of finance, SaaS and FinTech
