Your tasks

To accompany our ambitious growth, we are looking for motivated and committed talents who support our Finance team and who are eager to grow steadily in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you have gained some experience in finance and controlling and you are ready to go the extra mile.

Our Finance team is a central component of our company's success. Here we take care of the financial management of the company by monitoring and analyzing our financial and performance flows.

What you can expect as a part of our Accounts Payable Team from us:

• You will own the expenses invoice process
• You review and approve employees expense reports based on current policies and take care of the communications with the travelers about the reimbursement process
• You make sure our credit note carriers will get paid on time and with the right amount
• You communicate with our carriers about claims and payment requests
• You shape and optimize our accounting processes

Your Profile

• You have a training as commercial/ business clerk or Bachelor s degree in finance/ economics or a closely related field
• You have a least 3 years of experience in accounts payable with knowledge in Travel and Expense process and workflow management systems (e.g. CANDIS)
• You have experience with customer service software like Freshdesk
• You have a knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
• You have excellent customer care skills with proactive approach
• You have a strong attention to detail and highly organized
• You have strong spoken and written English skills - German is a plus
• You have a hands-on mentality and you love the start up vibe
