Customer Care Representative
To qualify for this position you need:
Matric
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Be able to make a minimum of 120 calls per day
Great telephone etiquette
Positive, can-do attitude
Professionalism
Experience in the property industry beneficial
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling clients/incoming leads
Following up on client queries
Make minimum 20 calls per day
Book viewings for the Rental Agents
