Take responsibility for all customer onboardings from an IT perspective.

Manage the workload, capacity, and responsibilities of an international team.

Ensure delivery through active involvement and directing your team.
.
Work with APG teams and clients to ensure smooth and fast onboarding.
.
Always keep stakeholders and customers up to date on progress.
.
Maintain and improve quality and speed of output across the team.
.
Track KPIs of team members and the team month to month.
.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
