Job Description
- Are you a trained Electrical Designer or Electrical Engineer with experience inlarge commercial retail renovations?
- Do you like putting together calculations for Electrical Layouts for various buildings, including but not limited to Power Distribution, Lighting, Fire and other Electrical Buildings design?
- You dont like being micro-managed and are looking for an opportunity to be groomed directly by senior member of the team to grow, to get experience, and expand your career.

- One of Canadas most trusted Consulting Engineering firms for over 40 years, their head office is located in Toronto with projects spanning across Canada;
- Excellent reputation in Electrical and Mechanical Design and Engineering;
- With projects including Residential High-Rise, Data Centres, Commercial and Government Buildings, and Transit Stations, their portfolio is as extensive as they come with years of backlog to keep you busy.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Electrical Design for Buildings Engineering; or 4+ years as an Electrical Engineer in the same field;
- Diploma/Degree from an Electrical Building Services/Engineering program;
- Knowledge and experience in checking layouts and services for continuity;
- Experience in developing various electrical systems layouts in coordination with the structural, architectural, and mechanical components;
- Ability to perform electrical load calculations for base building projects;
- Familiarity with systems such as electrical distribution, fire alarm, lighting, security, communication, A/V;
- Strong desire for advancement and professional development as this firm wants to invest in your career.
Compensation Range:
$70K - $80K+ Base Salary to start depending on experience, but if you think you deserve more, tell us why and lets negotiate!
Your compensation package includes Health Benefits, Annual Bonus, and other perks tailored to the individual.
