Job Description
Title:Agile Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Richmond, VA
Note: This is an Hybrid opportunity. (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Job Description
Agile PM plans, leads, organizes and motivates Agile project teams. The manager has a vast range of responsibilities: Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members.
Required skills
- Strong foundation in project management principles, processes and methodology (Agile preferred) .
- Technical background, preferably in enterprise networking including IP addressing, routing, VPNs, Firewalls, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with significant visibility to the client executive teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing highly visible strategic and demanding customers.
- Strong influential management experience.
- Strong effective communication skills
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent (preferred) High
- Active PMP certification
