Electrical Fixture Installer

MODERN CITY HOMES LTD. Located at 7754 147 street, Surrey, BC, V3S 5M4 is currently looking for 04 ELECTRICAL FIXTURES INSTALLER to join their team as soon as possible.

Full time, Permanent position @28.00/hour for 40 hour per week with 4% vacation pay as BC Employment Standards. Various work locations as per companys contracts. English is a required language. 3 or more years of experience and completion of high school is required.

Job Duties:
Reading and Interpreting drawings and circuit diagrams to determine wiring layouts for installations.
Pulling wires through conduits or holes in walls and floors.
Splicing and joining wires for connections into circuits.
Testing and replacing circuits for compatibility and safety of system.
Installing, replacing and repairing lighting fixtures such as switches, relays and circuit break panels.
Removing and replacing faulty components.
Renovating electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.
Maintaining a safe environment while working.
Maintaining records and conducting preventive maintenance programs.
