Hiring a Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:

- Completion of a college or university program in business administration or in a discipline related to facility operation and maintenance or An equivalent combination of technical training and experience in administration or maintenance.
- Several years (2 3 years) of supervisor experience in warehouse environment is required.
- Knowledge and experience dealing with the Korean & Asian foods & produce is an asset.
- Proficiency in English is required.

Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of warehouse facilities for storing/managing fresh produce including a wide variety of Asian greens, other specialty & seasonal vegetables, fruits and Korean & Asian food items
-Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate
- Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal of the warehouse
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
- Plan and manage the warehouse's operations budget
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports related to areas of responsibility to the management
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of warehouse staffs

Working Condition:
- 30 working hours per week (Full-time & Permanent position), Wage: $33.33/hr, 10days paid vacation or 4% of vacation pay
- Flexible working hours is required including early morning shifts & Saturdays
