Generation Success and Accolite Digital to offer recent graduate students(who will or would have graduated between 2019-2022)alaunching pad into one of the world s fastest-growing industries.

The positions are located on-site, inGlasgow, starting in early March 2023 and November 2023.
You would be in a position to apply for either of these start dates if you have graduated or would have graduated by either of these start dates.

The Graduate Programme

Accolite Digital Graduate programme provides you with an extensive and continuous training in relevant technologies for their roles as well as training on banking and financial services topics. Software development graduates will attend a 6-week full-stack training program encompassing Microservices & APIs, UI, test-driven development, database and Azure fundamentals.

Reporting to the Development Manager, graduate software developers will have the opportunity to be involved in the design, development, modification, and maintenance of software products.

Your first engagement will be with one of our key clients, working in the financial services industry for a fortune 100 global investment bank.

Requirements

MSc / BSc in a technical related degree such as Computer Science and Computing-Related Fields.
Will or would have graduated between 2019-2022
A genuine interest in technology and programming
Have the ability to code in Java and/or Python
Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts
Attention to detail, quality focused, and adherence to standards / best practices
Ability to work on a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
