Edtech Secondary Teacher (Local contract)

MISSION

The main mission of the referent for digital resources and educational uses in the middle and high school is to enable and support the thoughtful development of uses within the school. The digital referent will keep some teaching hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise the management in the leadership of the school:
  

-Lead and enrich the digital development project at the secondary school under the responsibility of the deputy principal;

- Formulate pedagogical and technical opinions concerning the deployment of pedagogical tools,

• Actively participate in the training of teachers
  

• Develop and facilitate the pedagogical use of digital technology by teachers
  

- accompany teaching teams;

- propose examples of practices; encourage innovation and implementation of digital projects

- help implement educational projects;

- advise on the choice of educational resources;

• Monitor digital resources, national and academic productions.
  

• Ensure the management of Chromebook tools
  

- Deploy the selected applications;

- Manage access in collaboration with the IT department.

• Assume a role of coordination, management, participate in teamwork
  

- Ensure the link between teachers, IT department, all staff and AEFE

• Manage the use of the PIX platform:
  

-For the entire school, design and plan training sessions, positioning and certifications;

• Teach in your discipline
  

- Design and implement learning or teaching situations within the framework of the French curriculum and standards

- Designing and implementing methods of evaluating student learning, in collaboration with other teachers or professional partners

- To help students acquire skills including abilities, attitudes and disciplinary know-how

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIRED

• French National Teacher (CAPES, CAPET, Agregation )
  

• Experience in teaching at the secondary level (middle and high school)
  

• In-depth knowledge of digital resources and environments
  

• Experience as a digital referent appreciated
  

• Knowledge of the google and chromebook environment appreciated
  

• Experience in digital project management or willingness to work on this topic
  

• Ability to work in a transversal and multidisciplinary manner
  

• Fluency in French and English (B2 level or higher)
  

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time secondary position (18 hours in front of a student
  
• Remuneration based on diploma, experience and the IFS salary scale
  
• Starting Date: End of August 2023 - 1SV

La mission principale du r f rent pour les ressources et usages p dagogiques num riques au coll ge et lyc e est de permettre et d accompagner un d veloppement r fl chi des usages au sein de l tablissement. Le r f rent num rique conservera quelques heures d enseignement.

RESPONSABILIT S

Conseiller la direction dans le pilotage de l tablissement :

- piloter et enrichir le projet de d veloppement num rique au niveau du secondaire sous la responsabilit du proviseur adjoint ;

- formuler des avis p dagogiques et techniques concernant le d ploiement des outils p dagogiques,

Participer activement la formation des enseignants

D velopper et faciliter l utilisation p dagogique du num rique par les enseignants :

- accompagner les quipes p dagogiques ;

- proposer des exemples de pratiques ; favoriser l innovation et l mergence de projets num riques ;aider leur mise en oeuvre

- conseiller sur le choix de ressources p dagogiques.

Assurer une veille sur les ressources num riques et les productions nationales et acad miques.

Assurer la gestion des outils chromebook

- d ployer les applications retenues ;

- g rer les acc s en lien avec le service IT.

Assurer un r le de coordination, de pilotage, participer au travail en quipe

- assurer le lien entre les enseignants, le service IT, le personnel et lAEFE

Piloter l utilisation de la plateforme PIX :

- Definir et planifier des sessions de formation, des positionnements et des certifications ;pour l ensemble de l tablissement

Enseigner dans sa discipline

- Concevoir et mettre en uvre des situations d apprentissage ou d enseignement dans le cadre des programmes et r f rentiels fran ais

- Concevoir et mettre en uvre des modalit s d valuation des acquis des l ves, en liaison avec les autres enseignants ou les partenaires professionnels

- Faire acqu rir des comp tences incluant des capacit s, des attitudes et des savoir-faire disciplinaires

• Titulaire de l Education Nationale
  
• Exp rience dans l enseignement au niveau secondaire (coll ge et lyc e)
  
• Ma trise approfondie des ressources et environnements num riques
  
• Exp rience de r f rent num rique appr ci e
  
• Connaissances de l environnement google et chromebook appr ci es
  
• Exp rience dans la gestion de projet num rique ou app tence travailler sur cette th matique
  
• Capacit travailler de mani re transversale et pluridisciplinaire
  
• Ma trise du fran ais et de l anglais (niveau B2 ou plus)
  

CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

• Poste temps plein secondaire (18h devant l ve soit 6 heures maximum d enseignement et compl ment en d charge pour la mission de r f rent num rique secondaire)
  
• La r mun ration bas e sur le dipl me, lexp rience et la grille de salaire de l IFS
