We are the Original Cookie Delivery Company and make the best cookies in the state of Utah! We are hiring a new Night Manager on Duty. Come join our young fun start-up as a Manager on Duty and go home smelling like cookies!! This amazing opportunity for Manager on Duty includes overseeing daily operations in our Meridian location. This is a full-time position working 5 days a week. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday. Sunday’s off.

Available shift: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am

Minimum Qualifications:

.

Management experience 2 years required

.

Previous manager on duty experience preferred in the food industry

.

Ability to manage & motivate bakers and delivery drivers

.

Strong Customer service skills

.

Strong leadership skills, ability to direct, guide, coach and hold employees accountable

.

Basic experience with Microsoft suite

Duties & Responsibilities

.

Supervise shifts for bakers and delivery drivers

.

Create and manage employee schedules

.

Train bakers and delivery drivers

.

Ensure team members are working efficiently and up to Chip standards

.

Ensure amazing customer service

.

Manage store cleanliness and organization
