Para nuestro CoE buscamos analista de administracin de personal con al menos 3 aos de experiencia en la posicin, preferentemente en compaas que posean dotaciones mayores a 500 colaboradores.

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Control de ausentismo (ausencias, licencias, vacaciones, etc)
Armado de Contratos
Gestin de seguro mdico de salud
Seguimiento de normativas de S&H
Atencin al cliente interno
Contratacin de personal (documentacin, contratos, etc)
Atencin a la correcta aplicacin de legislacin laboral (apoyo con estudio de abogados)
Gestin renovaciones, vencimientos, plazos de contratos etc.
Gestin de expatriados
Gestin de beneficios y acciones de bienestar

REQUISITOS

Ingles Intermedio (no excluyente)
Manejo paquete office
Conocimiento de Sistema WORKDAY preferentemente (no excluyente)
