Job Description
Flexographic Operations Manager
Wilmington, OH Area
This opportunity is for an experienced Flexo Operations Manager to direct the operations of a successful and growing flexographic printing plant. Company offers benefits, very competitive pay, and some relocation assistance.
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Help ensure that Flexo Press Operators meet safety, quality, and production standards
- Work with a hands-on approach to effectively lead a team
- Help troubleshoot problems effectively
- Be responsible for output of flexographic printers
- Manage all aspects of operations at the company
JOB SPECIFICS:
- Pay is approximately $130K/year salary (Pay can vary based on experience)
- Good benefits
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of flexographic management experience (preferably with Mark Andy presses)
- Label experience is a plus
