Job Description
Excellent opportunity for licenced residential estate agents.
1. Acquisition and the sale of properties in your designated area
2. Valuations and Listing Properties to sell and list buyers
3. Hold Show days
4. Complete Offer to Purchases
5. Administrative tasks related to the sale of a property.
6. Professional and ongoing client support
7. Implementation of sales and Marketing activities
Only Commission based no salary (expect to earn a minimum of R800,000 commission in your first year)
Previous Real Estate Experience
A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance
Have your own reliable transport
Lucrative commission structure (commission only).
