The position will report to downtown Columbus offices two days per week

Oracle Primavera P6 Administrator

Scheduling Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Advanced experience with Primavera P6 on engineering and construction projects
• Manage P6 cloud users by creating, enabling, and disabling P6 users
• Manage Cloud Portal, EPPM and Primavera Administration
• Set up EPS and OBS structures, Global Security Profiles and Project Security Profiles
• Create global calendars, activity codes, filters, layouts, reports, roles, and resources
• File Import procedure: XER / XML / XLSX
• P6 file scrubbing (prior to import - Xena)
• Schedule quality check (Acumen Fuse)
• Schedule comparison (Change Inspector)
• Manage Service Requests (SRs) and P6 upgrades with Oracle
• The "go-to" person with all P6 related issues

Education /Experience:

• BS Degree
• 10 years of P6 experience of them 3 years in administering Primavera P6 cloud
• Certification from AACE or PMI
