Tasks

• You support the division management in the design and monitoring of the business processes for the glass fiber division with regard to operation
• You will develop concepts for the further development of the area and control the respective implementation and improvement in the glass fiber environment
• You will work actively with operational colleagues on the development of new standards and principles.
• As a link to our operational units you will support them in the basic management of operational activities.
• In addition you will take on the further development of the systemic logic and processes for processing service entry and billing in the area of glass fiber and their implementation in SAP.
• You lead the operative processes and reports regarding the operational requirements from the telecommunication laws opposite to our partners
• You will work on strategic and operational projects and support the implementation of measures for the glass fiber networks.
• You develop key figures (KPIs) to control the glass fiber networks with regard to operation and check compliance.
• You will develop the necessary reports and carry them out. our partners
• You control the existing IT applications and initiate and monitor the new development for support

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a technical degree and already have experience in strategic development and the implementation of new, promising subject areas.
• You have knowledge of agile and classic project management and have already successfully managed several large projects.
• You actively drive the further development of the HSE culture in everyday work.
• They are able to gather information quickly, evaluate it and also deal with very complex contexts.
• You deal with new, job-related topics and continuously educate yourself professionally and personally.
• You consistently pursue goals and create an understanding of why changes are necessary, without losing sight of those involved.
