Job Description

Tasks

  • Develop and own the multichannel global CRM roadmap that deploys best practices across all countries & brands
  • Drive customer acquisition, nurturing, retention, and loyalty campaigns to meet KPIs
  • Recommend and implement CRM innovations for tooling, data capture, predictive targeting, automation of customer communication, new channels, and formats
  • Manage the collection of our Voice-of-Customer Feedback from the website platform and via survey tools
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback about CX pain points and successes across all contact points
  • Work with global CRM vendors to increase performance and cost-efficiencies
  • Identify new 1-1 channels, trends, platforms, and tools to improve performance
  • Develop hypotheses and work with the team to perform A/B (or multivariate) testing and recommend optimizations  
  • Grow retention and CLV to efficiently scale our customer base in each regional market

Requirements

  • Several years CRM experience in customer relationship marketing and customer retention
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Expert knowledge of best-practices email marketing
  • Strong background in other CRM channels such as direct mail and 1-1 messaging platforms
  • You have worked with Email Service Providers (ESPs) experience with emarsys is definitely a plus
  • Successful track record of optimizing and improving CRM channels and strategies in e-commerce businesses
  • Next to your entrepreneurial mindset, you have strong communication and analytical skills combined with a highly energetic and self-motivating attitude
  • You have a keen and curious nature, with the ability to push back and challenge conventional wisdom
  • You are an experienced user of Excel; knowledge of HTML and SQL is a plus
  • You are fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field is desirable
