Industry-leading companies from the retail, wholesale and eCommerce industries already work with NoseDat and since our services and solutions are gaining more and more traction in the market we are now looking for a Senior BI Consultant Project Lead (f/m/d) to join our growing team.

Tasks

As a Senior BI Consultant Project Lead (f/m/d) you will provide project leadership to a dynamic team of BI experts. Your tasks will include:

• Setting the project vision and rallying team members to deliver effective solutions.
• Leading workshops with clients to gather business requirements and to discuss and advise on BI and corporate planning solutions.
• Creating design and functional documents.
• Working closely with development teams, testing solutions and managing until successful delivery.
• Project management responsibilities include:
• Project planning and monitoring the project lifecycle.
• Delegating and tracking task progress.
• Ensuring teams are aligned and resolving any team conflicts.
• Communicating relevant milestones to the client.
• Providing project status updates to the project steering committee.
• Creating project status reports for internal management.
• Presenting the solutions to clients, managing acceptance-testing processes and coordinating hand-overs.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we believe a candidate should possess the following:

• 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken English, German would be a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of BI and translating customer requirements into BI relevant system logic.
• Experience managing project staff as well as stakeholders.
• Holds at least one management certification (Itil, Six Sigma, choose etc.)
• Experience with front end BI tools.
• An understanding of DWH concepts and components in the Microsoft Stack (Data Factory, Databricks and Azure).
• Natural ability to motivate and inspire people.
• Excellent communication skills.
