Tasks

Your role

In this role you ll support the Software, DevOps, and Service teams focusing mainly on three areas of responsibility: you ll help the team develop, deploy, and maintain Elastic-based monitoring, identify and troubleshoot known problems and document solutions and create dashboards that communicate the status of the system to relevant stakeholders.

Your day to day

On a typical day you will:

• set up and configure elastic stack
• implement and configure Content (Alerts, Dashboard etc.,) on Kibana
• configure Logstash, FileBeats and Possibly other ELK Stack components to collect and store the data necessary to meet business requirements
• work with multiple stakeholders to analyze requirements, clarify design dependencies, create test plans, support functional and non-functional activities

Your team

As an Enterprise Monitoring Working Student you become part of our diverse Software & DevOps team, with teammates from nine different countries. You ll be collaborating with our CTO, Head of Software and Engineers in the field of DevOps, Machine Learning, Software and Python Backend Programming.

• You have hands-on experience in Elasticsearch, logstash & Kibana.
• You are able to search Query, dashboards, and visualizations using Kibana.
• You are familiar with ticket management tools like Jira.
