Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Support HR processes of onboarding and offboarding
• Supporting in administrative tasks & filing management
• Assist and contribute to different Employer Branding and HR marketing projects
• Help with the organisation of internal events and recruitment fairs
• Researching and carrying out special projects
• Coordinating the order of office supplies and groceries for the daily needs of the team

Requirements

Your Profile

• You are currently studying and are enrolled at an university (HR-specified studies are considered an advantage)
• Fluent in English and German(any other European language will be considered an advantage)
• You have first experience in the organisation of events and Employer Branding or marketing
• You have the willingness and passion to learn and grow
• You have a very structured and reliable way of working
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You have a high level of initiative and commitment
• You want to contribute your ideas and push your projects forward
