Tasks

Responsibilities:

Provide legal and compliance consultation to all regions within the company

Produce, update, and maintain legal templates, documents, and records

Support the General Counsel in legal and compliance matters

Prepare periodic reports for internal and external purposes

Engage in internal legal projects and trainings

Requirements

Experience:

Law degree and bar admission (CH / EU)

In-depth experience with corporate compliance

Experience in the engineering sector would be an asset

Fluency in German and English (French or Italian is a plus)

At least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
