(Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f/*) - Portugal, Spain, Germany

Our Engineering community is growing, and we re now looking for a (Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f/*) to join our team supporting our global growth.

As (Senior) DevOps Engineer, you steer our DevOps projects using your in-depth experience, best practices, and a collaborative attitude. You lead a team turning customer requirements into complex and reliable deployments. Using Linux, AWS or Azure, and Cloudera Data Platform, you deliver our services directly to clients.

WHAT YOU LL DO

Implement client requirements via the deployment and optimization of large-scale clustered systems, and via applications based in Linux, cloud environments, or big data projects

• Support clients and development teams in the transition from development and testing to operations and production, automating as much as possible along the way
• You shape the path for how your team s project will be implemented and demonstrate the quality of the team s work
• You make a difference as the lead developer improving the output quality of the team.

Qualifikation

WHAT YOU LL BRING

Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt to new projects

• 5+ years of experience as DevOps, SysAdmin, LinuxAdmin, or in a similar role
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes, with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform, and scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Java
• Ability to implement best practices for software engineering in an agile environment
• Professional leadership and planning skills; ability to explain technical matters to the team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
