(Energy) Professional High Riske Window Cleaners

High rise technicians work on commercial buildings that are 3 floors and above via Rope and Bosun Chair or Swing Stage (suspended scaffold)

SPRAT or IRATA methods are acceptable as well.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tie and secure ropes to rooftop anchors meeting all rope access requirements.
  
• Descend using ropes, harness and other rope access equipment
  
• Exterior window cleaning using brush/mop and squeegee
  
• Interior window cleaning
  
• Power washing
  
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines, SPRAT/IRATA if applicable.
  
• Work in teams with other technicians
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of work
  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• experienced high rise window cleaners
  
• new employees only not someone that has worked for us in the past
  

Job Requirements:

• Rope Access certification including IWCA, SPRAT/IRATA
  
• Window Cleaning Experience, 2 + Years a plus
  
• Lift Operator certification/experience preferred
  
• Swing stage experience preferred
  
• Have the ability to lift minimum of 75 lbs on a regular basis
  

General Competencies:

• No fear of heights
  
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
  
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0-100 degrees
  
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders
  
• Self-Motivated, Coachable
