Requirements

• Responsible for managing the Local Hardware migration.
  

• Managing local hardware installation (Network setup and physical installation).
  
• Managing site stakeholders (Aligning Outages, managing Hyper-care issues, arranging training).
  
• Managing Local Integrators executing the migrations & Align with the shell internal IT Teams on preparation, cutover and commissioning activities.
  
• Managing site handover to Service Operations after successful commissioning.
  
• In this role you will be responsible for a group of EMEA sites.
  
• You will be functionally reporting in to the Migration Lead.
  

• Familiar with Video Surveillance (Security Centre) and Access Control Solution .
  
• Familiar with Access Control Solutions, Preferably proven work experience at an integrator installing access control solutions onsite.
  
• Experience in managing setting up networks (Switches routing) with network infrastructure teams.
  
• Desirable Certifications (Bonus).
  
• SC-OTC-001 Security Center 5.x Omnicast (video) technical certification.
  
• SC-STC-001 Security Center 5.x Synergis (access control) technical certification.
  

• Experience in leading a globally distributed team.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, bridging between a Local Integrator, Local Site. Security personal and the IT backend teams in India.
  
• Technical Savy.
  
• Desirable Experience in Infrastructure deployment in a shell Environment (Hosting, Networks).
