Business Analyst I

Summary:

We are looking for someone who will facilitate and create necessary dashboards and resources to enable our team to derive customer and product insights

Responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary scorecards for Business reviews
• Deep dive into futuristic support analytics and insights using data mining tools such as Text Analytics
• Comprehend, analyze the data and summarize the key takeaways
• Work with Product Support Managers and help shape necessary data inferences for future state of support

Skills/ Education/ Experience:

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor Degree
• 2+ years experience writing SQL code
• Data visualization, storytelling, & presentation/slide building skills
• Strong data navigation and comprehension skills
• Ability to analyze research or performance data, develop insights, and apply those insights to optimize product strategies
• Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail in a high-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
