Summary:
We are looking for someone who will manage a set of Health Equity program components including navigating through ambiguity to define and execute cross-functional, cross-company workstreams and track progress.
Responsibilities:
- Influence strategy and roadmap for operational processes and scaled infrastructure development
- Review and support processing and tracking of Health Equity support requests and resulting actions, maintaining necessary timelines
- Lead meetings, manage follow up actions, engage stakeholders, and advance workstreams asynchronously
Skills/ Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 5-7 years of experience building and managing complex projects or programs.
- Proven track record in program management, including continuous improvement and stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with demonstrated thought leadership and success in cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams.
