Job Description
- Provide software support to customers and NAI Applications Engineers to support NAI board products for Windows, Linux, VxWorks and DEOS operating systems
- Create sample programs for customers utilizing NAI product software support kits and libraries
- Assist customers in debugging application programs
- Provide pre and post-sales product information and technical assistance
- Work with customers to identify software issues with NAI products
- Participate in test and evaluation activities with the customer
- Coordinate additional support activities and technical support with engineering departments
- Communicate product challenges and customer requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering required, or similar field
- Minimum two-years of engineering and/or software programming experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with C programming language and developing Linux device drivers and methodologies
- Experience with bus architectures (VME, cPCI, PCIe, PCI, VPX) a plus
- Experience working with processors (Intel, PowerPC, and ARM) a plus
- Concepts of real-time operations systems (i.e. VxWorks and DEOS) is a plus
- Programming Skills : Strong C/C++ a must and C#.NET , TCP/UDP Ethernet Programming and Labview a plus
- Operating Systems : Windows, Linux, VxWorks, DEOS and Labview Real-Time, a plus
- Hardware/Protocol : Serial (RS232, 422, 485), Canbus, Discrete MIL-STD 1553, ARINC-429 a plus
