BA Manager

You will be responsible to work closely with Business and Technology teams, leading the understanding and successful implementation of technology solutions to business requirements. Along with efficiently managing your team and ensuring their assigned responsibilities are fulfilled on a periodic basis. You are responsible for the quality, and timely delivery of software technology solutions.

Role Specific Skills and Requirements

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
   

2. Elicit and input into writing business requirements and user stories as required using relevant techniques
   

3. Must understand complex digital projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives and the ability to present those concepts to both IT and non IT users in a concise and easy manner
   

4. Proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment
   

5. Highly motivated and able to work independently and take initiative
   

6. Developing product vision and strategy and driving overall product strategies and roadmaps. Communicating this vision to senior leadership for buy-in.
   

7. Writing business cases and produce financial models for key strategic projects
   

8. Develop product requirements and partner with engineering, marketing, design, & sales to deliver them
   

9. Entrepreneurial / Entrepreneurial experience building and leading businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics
   

10. A demonstrated track record of leading a medium to large-scale program from conception through completion, demonstrating multi-functional skills to make it successful
    

11. Strong analytical, project management and organisational skills.

8. Reporting project status and updates periodically to all project stakeholders
   

9. Ability to understand the business problem (s) and context, and communicate the same through formal means (Presentations, documents etc.) and informal means
   

10. Ability to conceptualise user scenarios, and capture these as workflows and wireframes. Coordinate with design experts to create mockups for presenting solution recommendations to clients.
    

11. Project planning and progress monitoring including issue and risk management
    

12. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an interest in producing creative solutions.
    

13. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
