Remote Quality Control Lead

Responsibilities

Developing and executing system testing scripts (not just software, but also for overall system implementations)

Experience developing and hands on executing testing scripts for CRM, financials, Natural language IVR, real time payments, and telephony applications in a large-scale integrated solution for call center and back-office operations.

MS Azure ADO for testing and quality

Agile project management

Azure DevOps (Test Plans/Boards)

Cloud based software solutions

Risk Based Test Management

Test Automation

ServiceNow

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Able to prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects.

Strong ability to estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
