Job Requirement:

• Single Point of responsibility for the delivery of the project as per the goals & objectives and as per the set parameters of time / cost/ quality/safety/compliance.
• Develop and implement the project delivery strategy for design management, procurement, execution, testing and commissioning and handling over duringthe pre-constructionand post construction phase.
• Lead and ensure appropriate processes ARE followed for planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and delivering the project from concept stage to handover stage.
• Through leadership, managerial, technical and people skills inoculate agile, collaborative, purposeful and pragmatic approach to project management and coordination among the team members and the agencies.
• Project Management, Co=ordination with the clients and the sub-contractor, planning, execution, measurement recording and sub-contractors R.A. Bill Checking.
• Monitoring, Supervision & Execution of all pipeline and constructions & quality assurance through different routine tests.
• Construction of overhead tanks, water treatment plant, bar bending Schedule, BOQ preparation.
• Inspection, laying & testing of HDPD/DI/ MS pipeline.
• Client correspondence for taking approvals of drawing, design & DPR, QAP & other documents.
• Delay analysis & predictions, proposals for short term program to complete the project within stipulated time.
• Execution of pump house/ OHSRS / GLR/ CWR/WTP.
• Interaction with the sub-contractor and preparation of work method statement.
• Material testing witness for all third party inspection on-site and laboratory.
• Monitor day-to-day work progress for the project and provides accurate weekly and monthly reports by communicating potential progress delays or project slippages.
• Experience in water supply Project / WTP / RWSS / STP / HDPE/ DI pipe.
