Job Requirement:

Company Secretary (CS) Qualify with Min. 2 years of experiencefrom any manufacturing industry

Job Role:

• Secretarial Compliance time schedule -Compliance Calendar;

• Maintenance of Secretarial Records;

• Filing of returns on and MCA and related compliance's;

• Periodical Secretarial Audit;

• Pre and post Board & other Directors Meeting related compliance's, drafting Agenda, MoM and related co-ordination from office of various Directors;

• Collecting MIS from plant and arranging MD review on the same;

• Monitoring MSME related compliance's;

• CSR compliance's and Review;

• Sexual Harassment, Vigil Mechanism related compliance's;

• Ensuring Statutory Compliance's (Finance and Non Finance)

• Maintaining GCPL Website (for Co. Secretarial related);

• Uploading the Minutes of Board and other minutes in RIMs

• Other Assignments as entrusted from time to time.
