Job Description
One of our clients is adding their leadership team for a Hilton branded Hotel in Rochester/Greece. the salary range is $75-80K with great benefits!
As the General Manager you will provide leadership and demonstrate the company culture with every action and/or reactions. You will plan strategically to maximize guest satisfaction, employee engagement in order to drive profits. You will have responsibility for all major areas of hotel operations and services including, but not limited to: Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food and Beverage to include but not limited to: personnel, budget performance and financial controls in accordance with established quality standards.
The Company associates have access to guestrooms and property, character traits of honesty and trustworthiness are essential to this position. Therefore, associates must pass the appropriate security clearance, per company policy.

- Five years’ experience supervising (at least) 15 associates.
- Bachelor’s Degree helpful but not required.
