Impact Home Services was established in 2021 as part of the launch of our home services division and new partnership with Neighborly Brands, the world's largest home services franchisor with over 30 service brands serving 10 million customers across nine countries that is based out of Waco, TX. Neighborly Brands was originally founded in 1981 as the Dwyer Group and operates a portfolio of franchise brands focused on repairing, maintaining, and enhancing residences and commercial businesses.

We are looking for a VP of Operations for our Atlanta offices who has a proven ability to succeed, strong with analytics, knows their numbers, solid talent management, and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get in trenches as needed. You will be overseeing the operations for our Mr. Rooter, Mr. Electric, and Precision Door Service companies in Atlanta Metro and other parts of Georgia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full P&L responsibility and Operational Oversight
• Deliver financial goals - Revenue and Operating costs
• Sales Strategy & Business Development
• Recruit, Hire, Train and lead a high performing team.
• Develop business plans, strategies, and objectives to ensure quotas and financial plans are met or exceeded within the operations.
• Responsible for the Safety programs
• Develop plans to ensure customer commitments are met and service work is completed within appropriate time frames
• Ensure on-going training is made available and provided for all employees
• Manage assets and inventory to ensure proper cost control and operational efficiency
• Coach and develop managers and employees to maximize performance and potential
• Drive employee performance through recognition, feedback, performance reviews and/or corrective action
• Build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with internal and external business partners including Manufacturer's Reps, and parts suppliers Accounts
• Excellent communicator and ability to document procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• Previous GM experience for a home service company
• Strong Profit/Loss management experience
• Able to travel within the Georgia markets .. rare overnights
• Previous Sales Force and Service Titan experience
• Strong desire for others to succeed
• Self-starter, Independent, and Competitive
• Curious and willing to ask questions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
