Accounts Payable Clerk III

Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk III for a contract to hire role in Alpharetta, GA.

Hours:

Temp to perm position after 6 to 7 months

This is a hybrid role. Will be onsite Tues/Wed and work remotely the other days.

Hours are from 7-4 and flex day on Friday working until 12.

Skills:

Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and 5-8 years of experience

This candidate needs to have a strong payment background. This is not a traditional AP position.

They will be doing ACH Runs, Wires and VCards.

VCards is the most important since they will be sending the files to the bank and doing all of the maintenance/FU on these.

Reconciliation of bank statements as well.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices; resolve invoice discrepancies
