Job Description
- The Specialist will develop conduct special studies and analysis for RCA defect elimination processes Job Requirements You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field You should have a minimum of 15 years experience in the RCA and or Defect Elimination discipline Blackbelt Six Sigma TapRoot certified is preferred You should have demonstrated leadership qualities and team building skills to drive and liaise with people at all levels Indepth change management and problemsolving techniques are an advantage Preferred competencies include analytical methodical chronological and open minded
