Job Description

SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager with a passion for promoting a company's business, services, products, and brands from Day 1. The ideal candidate in this role will develop marketing strategies, analyze trends, and generate new business leads that convert into profitable sales. Professional marketing experience in a medical office or hospital is required. Our Marketing Manager will also partner and collaborate with 3rd parties so you won't be doing all the heavy lifting! This role will be on site. Relocation may be provided.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate all aspects of marketing/advertising activities including social media aiming to build brand awareness, and move deals at all points in the funnel
  • Develop demand generation strategies that drive thought leadership, enhance website conversions, marketing campaigns, and pipeline momentum
  • involved in SEO development / progress
  • Oversee a variety of content assets including guides, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, sponsored content, and marketing emails, all tailored to the company's demographics
  • Launch social media programs that ignite interest throughout the country!
  • Track results and audit performance of content marketing activities to inform which touchpoints and tactics are the best performing and have the biggest influence on the sales cycle.
  • Manage the development of creative marketing materials and collateral for on site team members to use.
  • Work with external design teams, third party vendors and on site associates to create and write ads for print media, Internet sites and other advertising medium available to generate qualified traffic and reflect the community's current campaigns and promote the company brand.
  • Review and analyze reports and analyze ROI to determine which marketing efforts are effective.
  • Understand and support marketing standard operating policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar years of experience
  • 2-3 years working in the medical field
  • 3-5 years overall marketing experience, particularly content marketing, branding and lead generation marketing (emphasis on social media)
  • Strongly preferred background in liaison with 3rd party agency
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Able to incept and manage multiple projects while communicating with stakeholders and reporting progres
  • Budget-management skills
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in social media, graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Proactive attitude and strong desire for upward mobility
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Sitting for long periods of time (4 + hours at a time)
  • Various bending, lifting and walking based on office needs (25% of the time)
  • Ability to work at two locations throughout the day
