Job Description

This is a remote position.

Position: MarTech Manager

Salary: $115-140k DOE + Bonus

Location: United States

Work Schedule: Remote

Travel: Approx. once a quarter to Phoenix, AZ


The Keller Group is hiring a remote MarTech Manager to join our award-winning client expanding their account service team. If interested, please apply for immediate consideration.


MarTech Manager job responsibilities:

  • Lead client strategy and drive measurable results collaborating closely with teams across MarTech, CDP, Analytics, Data Strategy, Media, Creative UX, CX, Content and more!
  • Lead account and campaign strategy ensuring effectiveness of advertising, communications, brand strategy, UX and website development, nurture campaigns, digital advertising, etc.
  • Partner closely with data and analytics team to create advanced segmentation and data visualizations that will facilitate insights leading to improved campaign performance and ongoing accumulation of learnings
  • Collaborate with internal project management team to ensure proper scope of all projects and client budgets and deadlines are exceeding client expectations
  • Regularly meet with internal team and clients to report on campaign performance, metrics, and ROI, etc.
  • Lead discovery and brainstorm meetings with internal teams and partners stay up to date on all industry trends, etc.
  • Measure ROI and KPI s directly related to accounts based on retention, growth, deliverables, team performance and work quality
  • Oversee all marketing activity related to top-tier accounts regularly to remain informed and positive that all deliverables align with goals, strategy, quality expectations, and drive results and business forward
  • Report all metrics and performance directly to clients and stakeholders/C-level global execs

Requirements

MarTech Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of professional marketing experience, current or previous agency experience is heavily desired
  • Recent experience managing accounts and strategy that involve CDPs, MarTech, nurture strategies, advanced analytics, and a CX-driven approach
  • Must be able to communicate client/account service approach experience with high-level strategy and serving clients in a consultative manner
  • Required to have a strong background in data and analytics ability to drive/adjust campaigns, make strategic recommendations, and translate any technical terms or data to clients or peers
  • Experience conducting market research, journey mapping, process development, applying marketing frameworks, etc.
  • Proven experience in team and business growth how to capture and report on results via KPI s, ROI, etc.
