They need a solid PM who will assist them in managing the new build of this office, this PM will be working hand in hand with executive leadership and the Owners on establishing the new line of business in Canada.
Must have Exceptional Communications Skills
Experience fostering relationships with executives and supporting them in the visions.
Will report into the ProgramManager
Be able to have previous experience supporting new business processes and systems implementations
Able to work with cross functional teams - (IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk) and build relationships with those teams.
Exceptional organizational skills must be detail oriented, visionary, diligent, accountable, trustworthy, entrepreneur mind set.
Confident in their abilities
Must have strongProjectMgmt., understand business process management, Agile, Waterfall and Lean PM experience
Able to lead cross functional teams
Work with vendors, build relationships with stakeholders, and internal shared services.
Experience in Corporate Finance, Canadian Mortgage Industryand or Hedge Funds highly preferred.
PMP and or Agile Certifications big plus
Excellent Communication/soft skills

Summary/Objective:
ThisProjectManager(PM) position on the Enterprise Optimization Team (EOT) is responsible for the management of projects within a new line of business in the Mortgage Servicing Industry. The PM will work under the ProgramManager, ensuring formal management and tracking of projects within the pipeline. The PM will provide solutions and structured implementation plans in support of the overall Program. The PM will support formalizedprojectintake, key documentation, and be a steward ofprojectimplementation. The PM will foster stakeholder, vendor, and internal shared service relationships such as, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Risk. The successful EOT PM is organized, diligent, and proactive and will work to understand the organizational mechanics that accomplish deliverables on time and within budget.
Principal Job Elements & Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for supporting new business processes and system implementations to achieve business goals.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
Must be keen to become an expert of the business operations that is being supported.
Perform business assessment, evaluate operational benefits of solutions, and convey benefits and gains to leadership and stakeholders.
Produce all elements associated with aprojectplan and maintain keyprojectgovernance documentation.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal shared services.
ManageProjectTeam by assisting all team members to ensure goals and requirements are being met and any risks or issues are quickly addressed, mitigated and/or resolved.
Develop and maintainprojectplans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely and effective communication of real time status through presentations and reporting.
Must be able to manage several initiatives at a time.
Experience:
Bachelors Degree - Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or Engineering preferred.
Minimum 5 years as aProjectManager, with proven track record of Greenfield projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to problem solve and liaise with departmental staff and senior management.
Have a high degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability.
Understanding of multi-departmental Enterprises is necessary.
Familiarity with Business Process Management, Waterfall, Agile and Leanprojectmanagement approaches.
Confident leading cross-functional teams, consisting of co-location, virtual, onsite, and consultants.
Ability to work efficiently and seamlessly in fast paced technology and business domains.
Experience in Corporate Finance, Canadian Mortgage Industry or Hedge Funds a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.
