Technology Analyst

Title: Technology Analyst

o Experience in multiple medium to large complex projects

o Experience in working with product development team.

o Experienced with providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance and feedback.

o Experience in technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management.

o Experience working on multiple simultaneous IT programs/projects throughout the entire life cycle from idea, design, development, testing, deployment and support.

o Experienced with agile methodologies.

o Proven track record in delivery of on-time, on-budget projects with a high degree of user satisfaction and quality.

o Perform user research, customer research, user interviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis, feedback gathering

o Conduct surveys, and workshops to gather feedback

o Identify user pain points, identify automation opportunities, optimize process to save time and cost

o Test business processes and recommend improvements

Requirements analysis and documentation:

o Collaborate with project/program manager on roadmap planning and prioritization

o Convert user research and roadmap features into smaller user stories

o Analytical capabilities and the ability to breakdown complex ideas into manageable pieces.

o Document business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criterias

o Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents

o Prepare wireframes and design mock-ups

o Maintain prioritized backlog, define epics, write user stories, translate business needs to actionable requirements, and define acceptance criteria, test cases.

o Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders

o Work with technical team to explain requirements and determine the level of efforts

Technical Skills

o Ability to convert business requirements into a technical design and implementation plan.

o Experience in web-based applications with the principles of full life cycle systems design, development, and deployment.

o Ability to lead the discussions with technical and non-technical staff.

o Technical writing experience.

Test

o Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts for both fail and pass scenarios

o Test the app to ensure developed solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Release

o Work with the project/program manager for release plan

o Prepare for the app for release, document user guide, release notes

Documentation

o Create and maintain user guides/manuals, demo videos, and other project artifacts.

Collaboration and Communication

o Collaborate with program/project manager on roadmap planning and prioritization

o Experienced at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders like - business, engineering, project manager, managers, architect, developer, data, legal, UI/UX, and other teams to deliver cutting-edge technologies.

o Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

o Proven track record of managing complex relationships among customers and stakeholders on projects which has significant executive oversight.

o Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences, including creating and presenting executive summaries to steering committees, other executive level leadership and technical committees.

Others

o Experienced with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio.

o Experience in Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
